2019 is here and your ex-pay TV provider really wants you back. We all know the pain after you cancel your TV service you get hundreds of emails and letters asking you to come back. The good news is you can make them stop but you need to do a little work. Here is how you can get off their contact list for many of the major companies.

The first thing you need to do is add yourself to the Do Not Call list. You can do that on this site https://www.donotcall.gov/

DIRECTV:

Directvmail

It looks like now that AT&T owns DIRECTV NOW you can ask to be put on their do not call list by visiting their website but if you want them to stop mailing you need to contact them.

Comcast:

Comcast has a website just for being removed from their mailing list. You can find it here https://pc2.mypreferences.com/Comcast/OptOut/Default.aspx

AT&T:

You can find out how to be removed from their lists here: http://www.att.com/gen/privacy-policy?pid=22975

I will be adding more companies as I find out how to get removed from their lists.

Centurylink:

All you have to do is go to this site and fill out the form. http://www.centurylink.com/help/privacy/optout_en.html

Dish:

Dish

You can find their contact us page here: http://www.dish.com/chat/

TWC/Charter/Spectrum:

You can be removed from Charters, Spectrums, and TWC mailing lists here: https://www.spectrum.com/browse/content/remove.html

Cox:

We could not find any website to stop getting spam from Cox Communications. As best we can tell you need to call Cox and ask to be removed. You can contact Cox Communications at 1-800-818-0679.

If you have a company you want help getting removed from their mailing list please post it in the comments. I will do my best to find out how to get off their list.
