Update new correspondence address
You can update your correspondence address through DBS Card+ or DBS iBanking or application form.

Update via DBS Card+
- Log in to DBS Card+.
- Click "More" on menu bar and click "Change Correspondence Address".
Input new correspondence address*. Effective Date can only be chosen within a month.
Review new correspondence address and click "Next".
Remarks: The changes will take effect within 5 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Update via DBS iBanking
- Log in to DBS iBanking.
- Click "Preference" at the right upper corner, then select "Update Personal Details" in the pull down menu.

Input your new correspondence address at "Correspondence Address" field*.
Input the reason of changing address at "Reason for changing address" field.
- Only applicable to Credit Card / Cashline Revolving Loan / Personal Loan Accounts
Use Digital Token, Secure Device or One Time Password (OTP) to enter "Update Personal Details" page
Input your new correspondence address at "Correspondence Address" field*
Input the reason of changing address at "Reason for changing address" field
- Only applicable to Credit Card / Cashline Revolving Loan / Personal Loan Accounts
Verify details & click "Submit"
Confirm the changes with Secure Device and OTP again (click here to show the steps) (OTP will be sent to your email address if you are using Digital Token for authentication)
Remarks: The changes will take effect within 3 business days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Fill in "Change of Customer's Personal Data Instruction Form" and submit via Drop Box in DBS branches
- You can download "Change of Customer's Personal Data Instruction Form" here.
- Complete the form including your new correspondence/ residential address and sign the form.
- Put in the Drop Box in any of our branches.
Remarks: The change will normally be processed within 5 business days from receipt of a duly completed form.
- For customers of Secured Line of Credit, the correspondence addresses of their current and time deposit accounts must be the SAME.
- For securities accounts, customers are only required to update the correspondence address of the linked current account.
- P O Box is not allowed for the correspondence address of any investment account.
- P O Box is not allowed for the correspondence address of any credit card or loan account.
- In compliance with the securities dealing restrictions in the USA, the Bank will not accept any address in the USA as the correspondence address of securities accounts and investment fund accounts.
